Darrell
joined the National Guard 160th, activated into active duty in 1955 with
the 553rd Artillery. He was discharged from active service in 1957
and now makes his home in Galena, MO. (The 553 went to Germany
and secured the 18th Headquarters in '56-'58 - before the stand down and
consolidation on June, 25th 1958.)
